I need a water pump for a TVR 1ABB can you buy them

I assume you are talking about an engine-driven pump rather than a simple hand pump. You might want to have a look at this (http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Microcosm-M5-Steam-boiler-feed-pump-for-Twin-Cylinder-Steam-Engine-/151055636882?pt=UK_Trains_Railway_Models&hash=item232b9e1992) - I have no experience of it, but ready made pumps for small engines like the TVR1A are not common. This one looks about the right size.
Alternatively, find your local model engineering club and set them a challenge!
Of course, if it is a hand pump you are after, any of the suppliers of model steam kit will have one for sale. But the engine-driven one is much more satisfying O0
Good luck
