simple set up for model city traffic controller.. based on some simple integrated circuits.. and L E Ds.. rated at 12 Volts..

Very nice indeed.  It's just the item we need for our club meetings of Tamiya trucks.

Perhaps you could enlighten us as to the electrics and their controls. There is a slight difference here in the UK in the running order.  The orange light comes on with red when it's going to change to green, but not on the way back from green to red.   :}

its easy to wire one.. based on NE 555 world class timer and CD 4017.. the running mode can change to any way, and sequence delay can achieve by adding an electrolytic capacitor in between the Base and Emitter pin of the driving transistor.. so we can add a needed combined delay..
