Title: Tug Towing

  Hi Guys
  There is a Tug Towing at Balne Moor mbc Sunday 18th May 10.30 ish start all welcome, there will
   be food hot & cold sarnies & some nice mouth watering cakes :-))  This regatta/ event is a 1.2.3
   a three man team, first tug go's round with a single tow ( Barge )  the second & third tug
   go's  as a two man team & takes a large tanker round when they have completed there runs
   all three tugs take another ship round course three. If you have not got team mates please
   come & we will fit you into a team & also lone you a tug what club will do that.

Hi Grandpa I'll be there with the new tug fleet lol and the tug  boys from Kirklees defo going to make the trip so lots of amateurs for you to sink with your rocking and rolling Tempest . Cant really complain that it sails like pair of snakes making luv  %% it was only 50 quid after all, what you expect  {-). hope plenty of cakes for uncle Nige as you know he has a sweet tooth .Don't forget to bring a box of matches as he is going to let you sail the pile of  firewood that we bought that pretends to be a paddle steamer  {-) Also going to MMM on Saturday to see the lovely Ann and lovely Brian , hope to god its not windy on Saturday as she getting to old for flying these days {-). sure its going to be a great day at the Moor hope all you budding Tuggers make the trip we will make you more than welcome .

Looks like you all had a good day...The weather looked good as well...
 
Get yourselves up to Glasgow on the 8th of June for our Tug-Towing Day at Glasgow Richmond Model Boat Club...
 
All our harbour complex has been refurbished as well as our tow ship PETER SHEPHERD...
We will have our new Breakwater in place for the event as well...
 
Just ask the Ellesmere Port boys or indeed the Balne Moor boys as they have made the trip North several times and were never dissapointed...
