Hi, it appears my friends Neil and Mick have got you started, but I also have a considerable number of photos of real Waveneys and plans some detailed. If I can be of any help please let me know. Good luck with your model :-)) Adrian

just stopped working.. a little doubt about the width of the boat felt a little narrow.. respected modelers.. if the boat is 30 inches, what will be the beam.. extreme.. please.. or can anyone give me the length and width of this boat.. please..
-
if your hull is coming out at 30", Krishna, you are building your model at around 1:17.5 scale, so the beam being 12' 8" on the real boat, your scale beam for that length will be 8.69" wide and so a beam of 8.69" plus the rubber belting of around .375inches on top of that.
the real boats were 44'10" by 12' 8" beam by3' 11" draught. hope this helps.
neil.
