Title: BBC ALBA on iPlayer Building a Skiff

I happened on a program on BBC ALBA  about a year long project to build a traditional Skiff. I found it tonight on iPlayer !the name of the film is called An Sgoth .It shows the build from tree to sailing  . It was built in Stornaway . It has subtitles .It is only available for the next 3 days . Going to watch again .

Thanks so much for the posting about this film. Just spent a fascinating Saturday afternoon watching the creation of a beautiful, beautiful craft,  the likes of which may never be built again, I would imagine.

I like to watch BBC Alba, they often have documenteries like that on. And they play some good music too...
