I have been hunting for Seehund submarine plans but the only place that seem to have them is here http://www.model-plan.com/en/category/1 Has anyone on here bought plans from them? It would be good to know if they are legit or not.

It'll be interesting to know what the plans are like. I see in the sailing section they have plans for Master Hand, I have a full set of plans for this, they are in a book by Edgar March, I'm wondering could the plans be just photocopies that they have aquired from other outlets? It would be interesting to know how large the plans were, say A4 or smaller or A4 and larger. For instance the book is smaller than A4 so the plans are small meaning you would have to scale them up. Likewise I have a set of plans from Brown, Son and Ferguson in Scotland that are drawn on A1 so very large!
The drawback is that the site you mention the plans are cheap, the one I mention is quite expensive!

It states the plans of the seehund are A1, and yes they seem awfully cheap but I cant seem to find the plans anywhere else, ModelBoats have a plan of Molch and Hecht but the image looks like a seehund so not sure what to do.

Hi Phill.
RE: are the plans are legit. I have the ones advertised for the Al manama though mine were bought on flea bay. They want paid by pay pal so you can get your money if theres a problem.
The return name and address is printed on the envelope so he must be ok.
the plan sheet size in old money is 33 x 20 inches printed at 1:100 scale.
