We like to keep things a fresh when it comes to competitions, so
after seeing a video of Captain Uwe, and Captain Guido use a full size
voith schneider tug to place a model ship into a bottle. I figured that
the local tug boat modelers could do the same.

A maneuvering course, and the Offshore crane barge handling were the other two events for the day.

Hi Ray,
Everyone that attempted the ship in a bottle event successfully completed the task.
We only had one issue when the velcro didn't grab, and the ship tried to come back out of the
bottle, and did not succeed. We had a spare ship, but a quick dab of CA glue fixed our #1 model.
