where do you guy normally meet up in the park is it down by the where the birds are

Hi Mike
We meet up at the actual model boat lake, if you follow the signs for the campsite when you enter the park but before you enter the actual main campsite turn left and head for the Tarmac road between the Arena and the Hexagon cafe. Follow the road down but stop before the railway line you should see some cars parked in the field just before the railway line. Hopefully the map in link will explain thing a little better!

ok think I got you now.... do not have a boat yet but do have the tamar lifeboat on order which should arrive next week.
I may buy a completed boat to use in the meantime but I will be there Monday :-))

came along and joined the club..... talked to a few of the guys and had a look at some of the boats.
Looks a good club and cant wait to get a boat and join in, speak soon
