These three models are all of River Thames Craft tugs ,they were used to to tow Lighters (Barges ) up and down the river a few years ago, the first one is the S A Everard then the Cullamix and finally the Rana all built plank on frame and at 1/24th scale

Really lovely models.
I remember as a kid 50 years ago that the plans for Cullamix in the MM Plans Handbook were well up the wish list.

Excellent Models !

Lovely models and of particular interest to me as I have a Caldercraft model of a Thames tug called 'Riverman'.
Not as unique as your 3 models but well loved and performs well in the water.
Interesting boats with an interesting history, thanks for sharing the photo's. Regards.

You have three beautiful Tugs & they look the part on the water. Tugs was what attracted me to model boating in the first place. It is so nice that you posted them for all of us to see, thank you. Mick B.

G'day tugmad, those are some beautiful tugs you have built, really nice, although you do not know it you have helped me a lot by posting photo's of your tugs, particularly Rana, I found photo's of your model on the net and they helped me tremendously, I hope you don't mind but I used them to help me build my own Rana, I will attach a couple of pics of her, thank you once again for posting your photo's,
best regards John,
the first couple are checking for stability etc in the bath, and then on the pond, I still have a bit of work to do to finish her off,
