Title: March Model Boat Show at Ellesmere Port

 O0 The show WILL go ahead, contrary to someone saying it is not. 
Traders are booked, Boat Clubs are coming, Colwyn Bay being the only Club of our usual list not attending in 2015.  We are sorry to see them go and wish them well. :-)

Thank god for that... I have bought & paid for the hotel, and persuaded SWMBO to go for a small amount of retail therapy in Chester  O0

it best be on we have got 3 sprinter tugs being built for the kids that may want a go of a rc boat

   You have already got the show news running in Commercial events & news but there is no comment that it's not on.

 O0 We have our normal traders already booked plus a couple of new ones, as well as receiving requests for information from Deans Marine and Speedline Models.  Whether they will attend or not is not known but we would welcome them.  Time is marching on, there is only a couple of months now before the show.
The Ellesmere Port Model Boat Club looks forward to seeing you al there.

I am hoping to compile a list of hotels, guest houses and b&b's within easy reach of the Museum for people who come frm afar.

Just as a reminder there  is still time to get your entry in for the David E  Owen  competition , an event that  has been around since the start of  model boat events at the Museum . The event is for  statically judged  models in classes  from  scratch , semi scratch , Kit and Modified Kit .  Entry forms can be sourced from -  The David E Owen competition  March Model Boat Show  , 7 Probyn road Wallasey Merseyside CH45 8PZ  ,  entries will be accepted on the day before 10am on Saturday . It's a great event and one not to be missed.
