here my first build of this year.. my ever loved Douglas DC 3.. its my imaginary version.. just from foam board..

Post by: Krishna on January 01, 2015, 02:53:45 pm: Plastic.. its sure.. thers a problem, when working with foam.. there must be one side that absorbs any material.. so,i just apply white glue over the surface before PS grey.. for water models can use Marine glue, is also water based.. or can also use acrylic wall paints or acrylic wall putty, are also water proof.. this gives a fine coating that prevents any absorption and also gives a smooth surface.. then we can apply a little polyester putty if needed.. its easy.. and inexpensive..

Ive seen it used to repaint EPO RC planes which is pretty much the same stuff

the masking is so easy.. just uses masking tape that can buy from paint shop.. and just sick it on an O H P sheet, than slices in to thin lines by razor blade and metal scale.. sure will add a video build log.. its easy..
