Morning Sparky, I use Parasene butane/propane mix. Available in hardware stores and garden centres in the UK. It complies with the EN417. The thread fits the adapter supplied by Maccsteam and many others. The mix is a suitable ratio. I pay £3.29 for 355g/650ml canisters. The Go System cans are identical and available at B&Q but a bit more expensive.
Jerry.

Bonjour Sparkey,
In France, we have the same kind of gas bottles, but the solution to be used depends on the system you will install on your tank, especially when you buy it.
I have two types, see video here (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VxBGnpX77tA), and Regner in Germany provides a similar third system that I will test soon.
