Just bought a larger scale Oakley for my colllection of Life-Boats, 1/6th scale...................6ft 6in long.
It needs quite a bit of work doing but i couldnt resist it %%

Simple, use Action Man figures, that's what my son was going to use on her.

Netleyned, my 'home' lake is Boston in Lincolnshire, altho it will prob be 2 years before it sees water, iv a queue of boats waiting for work to be done on them, at the moment im half-way through doing a Waveney Class, & then theres a Rother.........after that i may queue-jump this one in front of the 48 Oakley & the Tyne..........not forgetting i also want a mk1 Liverpool......lol

My partner/girlfriend has already started plans on uniforms for crew, got all the material, 1/12th scale first, then some 1/6th for Action-Man (yes Mike, id worked out theyre right size, GI Joe is too)

You can also fit one of the controllers below which makes your Action Man automatic great fun to set up and although they look complicated to set up they are not.

We used Lord of the Rings figures (OK, they look like Russians, but, hey beggars can't be choosers), knitted woolly hats and jumpers and then made up some oil skins.
Here they are on my 57 inch Liverpool Class
