yes.. sure.. inspired by the Bobby Police launch.. just on the hull of my Lake Cat.. powered by a brushed motor RS 360, she is so fast, nimble and responsive.. with lots of my personal touches.. a full foam board construction..
-
on..
-
she weighs only 450 grams without battery..
-
and on.. the wood effect is hand painting..
-
see her in action..

I commend you on your builds krishna. I'm retired and I can't turn out ships as fast as you.
-
yes.. Imsink.. she is a lovely one.. thank you..
Brian.. its raining here.. so great time to make boats and ships.. so 24X7.. nothing else in life.. and nothing can bring such a heavenly joy to life.. so on.. and on.. thank you..

What a lovely relaxing waterway you have Krishna, it was very sooothing hearing your launch sail around quietly while the birds talk in the trees:O)
I need a cuppa and a deck chair to complete the serenity:O)

yes Ballastnkian.. its a great place.. so divine.. and so crowded with parrots and swifts.. and sure, i always will be at lake side on 5 O clock, at the threshold of the house of my school mate, with chair, coffee, cutlets, biscuits, chips and two more crafts.. mostly our RCying ends up about 7 o clock.. i am too addicted to ship and boat modeling, than any, because the scene of running boats brings me great realism.. used to add two crafts to one TX, with two RX, while connection the RX to two main sticks, for a combined run.. and now i am in a work, on my own plot, to realize a model city along with canals and dock yard.. have a lots to do.. thank you..
-
Really a nice work Krishna, congratulations :-))
One question, how much time you spent building her??? it seems to me that you only take a few days
Best regards
-
thank you Escipion...
the hull in matter of minutes.. but waited two days as the paint to dry completely, as raining here.. because the wood finish took a little time to finish..
-
Thank you for your comments, really a fast and good job, I'm impressed. O0
Best regards
-
thank you..

The foam board that you are using, is the paper type or PVC? How do you seal it? And when you built a Hull using styrofoam what do you use to seal it? In one of your build photo's there Is like yellow patches attached to the foam, what I that?

Hi Krishna, great to see you back! I posted on the 'Re Krishna' page to say you had been in touch, we wondered how you were getting on :O)

danielcardona.. its based on P V C.. you can fix it with cyano glue.. you can turn it in to any shape and any size.. for complicated structure you can use foam board strips in 2 mm thickness.. will bend so easily.. after apply polyester putty.. allow to dry.. sand it.. shape it.. inside you can seal all with diluted NC putty.. pour.. and shake.. allow to dry.. for extreme stiffness you can add a good amount of french chalk powder in NC putty.. when dried this will turn in to so hard shell.. its so easy.. from 20 feet to 4 inches hull..
