Has anyone any idea what these rectangular boxes with wires are

they are on the stern of the flight IIA Arleigh burke class destroyers.

I think they look like flood lights !  Maybe chinese LED ones...ha ha

There is one showing on the side too. Makes some sense, there to illuminate the water level adjacent to the hull with rope protection bars above and below.
