I'm about to start building the Deans Marine Fairmile D. However, I wish to heavily upgrade the kit and one of the things I wish to do is replace the plastic deck supplied with a wooden structure. To that end, does anyone have, or know where I can find some close up views/images that clearly show how the decking planks were laid on these MTB's?

I think that the "B's and D's were the same. Reply #59 shows the decking. http://www.modelboatmayhem.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,354.50.html
