Hi,
Just joined Mayhem and my first post, so hopefully this will end up in the right place?
Mainly into working boats, steam tugs, puffers etc. but I'm interested in trying to find out more info about a three lifeboat build that I've heard about. It may be some time ago but if anyone can point me in the right direction.
Many thanks.

Welcome to the Mayhem :-))
You may be referring to the builds of three
Clyde class that were built by members for a
shot at transitting Loch Ness.
All well documented in the Lifeboats Section
on here. Just search Clyde or Loch Ness.
Should bring up some results.
Can't post any links at the mo as I only have
my not so smart phone.

Hi Ned,
Thanks for the quick response, and for pointing me to the lifeboats section. I've found it here:

and I even get to see the pictures; great site! :-)
Cheers.
