Title: How to wire

Could anybody tell me where the wiring should be going I assume the black red and White go to the receiver but then where does the  blue wire connect to.

A three wire battery connection with positive and negative supply, with respect to zero, is needed for ancient servo amplifiers. That was no longer the case in the 1970s when NE544 and ZN409 servo chips became available. You can open the servo case to see if the extra wire is redundant. I doubt it.
