It's obvious why he's done it, and probably he didn't have much choice, but it's a shame about the non-scale windows at the base of the front superstructure. That thing could do some damage if he went off-course.

PS, just noticed the logo 'ME109E' on both sides at the bow, wonder if he's painted 'Graf Spee' on the nose of one of his 30 foot wingspan model planes.

I read somewhere that the model needs the ME109E as a registration number as it counts as a passenger vessel in state law!!!!

He has done a pretty good job on it though, and it seems to get along quite nicely...
