Wouldn't you know it.   Beautiful sunny weather all week with temperatures in the mid 20's and just when we have been invited to Surrey Park M.B.C.  <:( >:-o >>:-(
90% chance of 20 - 40 mm. of rain.

take a boat along and keep yourself amused whilst the covers stay on......enough depth for a sail on the pitch.

yes, ned...........does look a rather obtuse reply............do apologise.......take it as my old age.......I read it as the MCC......Melbourne Cricket club.............my blunder.................had visions of a flooded pitch,  {-) %%

Surrey Park Model Boat Club
It shows what can be done by a helpful local council.
Proper decking, Extended Club rooms and landscaping that allows model boats to run.
