Today I received my Pendle boiler, and thought it right to share my experience of this company with the steam fans on this Forum. As you may know I originally tried to buy a boiler from Anton but after waiting for 9 months I gave up. I was recommended Pendle by another member on here so I made contact with Nigel who owns the company.
I did not order via the website as I'm new to live steam and had many questions to ask. I phoned Nigel who I found to be very friendly and knowledgeable, and he steered me in the right direction to getting the correct boiler that I actually needed. He suggested things like an extra outlet for the whistle and boiler mounting feet which I had not even considered. I also ordered a separator and gas tank at the same time.
Now heres the thing; Nigel contacted me every week to keep me updated on how my boiler was coming on. I even got a message when he was about to silver solder the whole thing together :-)) The customer service has been second to none and when it was delivered it was wrapped up and protected to within an inch of its life %% The delivered parts are a thing of beauty and I could not be more happy with them or the service. Test certificates were included and signed, and I can honestly say that I am glad that took the recommendation from here and used Nigel at Pendle. Anyway pictures speak louder than words.

As posted before but worth repeating. When I wanted a bespoke burner for my Cheddar boiler, Nigel designed it sent drg to me for approval then built it beautifully in double quick time and even Emailed me a U tube video of the burner on test. Fantastic.

Hi Mark,
Nice looking boiler, what boat is it going in and what engine are you using? Sorry if you already posted such details before.
