Is this a private show or can the public attend?

Looking at their website https://www.alfoldmodelshow.co.uk/contact-us it doesn't make it clear if the public are allowed - or if there's parking or admission charges or even a viewing area.

I guess all involved haven't taken a step back to read it all from an outsider's pont of view.

I don't see anything mentioning the public or parking or admission - so either my browser is blocking some elements or it's just not there.

There's only links for exhibitors & traders to book through as far as I can find - and I've looked at every page..

Hi all, the Crawley club's  nasty red gazebo will be putting in probably its last appearance on Saturday. We are getting a nice display dome for our next do. See you all there.
Cheers Chris M

I just spent a very happy hour wandering around and admiring the models, my mildly autistic son described the event as brilliant.

The only mildly dubious side effect is that I'm feeling a very strong urge to resume this hobby. I should probably go and make some dust before the urge subsides. Thanks to all involved and I hope to be there with at least one working model next year.

Grant.

I went along on Saturday and had a great time, even though the weather was pretty cxxp, bought a few bargains and enjoyed the boats on the lake. First time at this show and was very impressed, will certainly go again.
I must congratulate the local girl guides who were running the refreshment tent, a bacon roll for £1.50, cheese burger for little more and a reasonable coffee for a lot less, makes one realise how much we are being ripped off at the bigger shows.
Well done Alford.
Martin

Lovely selection of boats there. Nice to see some quite basic models mixing it with the highly detailed boats.
