Title: Basil Harley "Mabel" plan wanted .....ClOSED

I have tried to get Basil Harley's "Mabel" plans from the web but all sources seem to have dried up.


Can someone help a newbie locate either the plans or the Model Boats magazine which had Mabel as a free plan. Obviously all expenses will be paid. Thanks, victor.
