Does anyone know the dimension of the Depth charges these ships carried
-
Chances are that the Onslow class carried a standard Mk VII DC, which was far and away the most common type. Mark Sevens were about 27 inches long and around 24 inches in diameter.

thanks for the quick reply

It would have been better if I hadn't got it wrong! The 27inch x 24 inch depth charge was the American Mark Seven. Royal Navy Mark Sevens were 27.5 inches long and 18 inches in diameter. Sorry about the misleading answer.

What scale are you doing your model in? There is a chap with a Shapeways shop selling depth charges and throwers in a variety of scale and if you contact him he will often re-do items in a different scale.
