For three years Balne Moor has had a yachting section sailing on Askern lake near Doncaster. Doncaster Model Yacht Club also sailed on the lake.
The two Yachting sections have now merged with immediate effect to become Askern Radio Yacht Club.
Balne Moor no longer has an interest in yachting.
