Hi, Just a few things about myself. My name is Kevin and I am a member of Spalding Model Boat Club in Lincolnshire. I have been building models since the 1960's. The usual Airfix kits of everything from cars to spacecraft. My Dad Derrick built me an RAF Crash Tender in 1965, which I still sail. I guess that's what started me on boats. I have had a go at most types of boats, Fast electrics to Subs. A couple of my boats appeared in Model Boats August 2017. My latest project is restoring an Aerokits Solent lifeboat. Looking for info on these boats is what led me here. I have learned a fair bit from you guys already, hopefully I may be able to help someone in return
