Title: Model Slipway Maggie M
Post by: Taranis on August 06, 2019, 02:17:13 pm
I'll build this eventually but for now, what's in the box!
I visited today and a wonderful lady treated me and the wife to a tour. What a marvellously organised affair she commands O0
So here without unpacking every fitting is what you get. The fittings are superb quality I must say and I've never been especially impressed with white metal until now.
A heavy pack of several styrene sheets (https://photos.smugmug.com/Slipway-Maggie-M/i-kSLJVQF/1/6d9d21d0/X2/7D8C95E6-9A9D-41D8-9CB3-756364A8643D-X2.jpg)
Plans and long thin stuff {-) (https://photos.smugmug.com/Slipway-Maggie-M/i-F5B8pb3/0/65d270b3/X3/FB5CC262-01A3-43B6-BE45-2BD51075DD27-X3.jpg)
Hi Andy, have lots of fun building the Maggie M. I just reserved one from "modelslipway's" new October batch.
Wilhelm
Yes I had to order too Wilhelm but not in a rush as I don't have time to build her until next year. Very much looking forwards to it and still thinking of ordering Our Lass II too as well also ditto {-)
P.S. thank you Martin for the HTML tags :-))

I've now sold this kit unstarted today so unfortunately the thread won't ever get any further. A consequence of buying too many models and having too many unfinished. I hope the new owner enjoys her.
