Title: diesel engine sounds

Hi shipmates, does any one know were to buy a good sound system for a model boat ,it's a police launch, a throaty diesel would be fantastic,I have one system but it doesn't go louder as the motor accelerates,there's no rush just yet due to lock down , but I'd love to get the locala wondering what I've got in the dining room ha ha,Phil ex RN :-))

Try   www.componentshop.co.uk (http://www.componentshop.co.uk)   they have some that work with the throttle, look under Action Electronics /engine sounds.

Mtroniks also make sound systems for boats.

Ram sounds rcsounds,com make good ones , online sound touch and listen good collection of big and small units worth a look. Huge sound selection ships horns etc tassie48

Hi ,thanks very much for your answers on engine sounds, I RANG COMPONENT SHOP AND GOT FIXED UP  cheers Joe from Gosport Ijoined the Navy there in 1962 St Vincent ,sixty years ago , thanks again every one, Phil  :-)
