Any news on Mike?
Last i heard he had family problems and was moving but nothing since.
Hoping he is ok!

No, I had a haven't been well for a few years but I'm definitely on the mend.
I tried a form name change to make me visible in the online users which I've been missing from.
I think this is more appropriate.
