Hi i normally use an i pad but at the moment it will not recognise my user name if i go to my lap top it lets me in straight away has anybody else had this silly problem  Bill... >>:-( >>:-( >>:-(

Have you turned it off and restarted it? I get issues with the likes of hotmail if I haven't done a restart for a while.

Hi,
I always use IPad, and don’t have any issues with logging in, have you checked that the IPad does not have any software updates waiting to be uploaded. Even if you have auto updates some time it’s worth looking in SETTINGS, GENERAL, SOFTWARE UPDATES. and if there is and update install. The current version is 15.1

Delete the link or the bookmark
 Then turn off and on again then open your browser type in the http address then log in and book mark the site .


Had to do this myself after the last update.


However there were a few sites I had do this to. Seems it could have been a iPad memory thing.


Let us know if this fixes your problem .

Hi dave&sonar yes i update software about every ten days.ive not tried deleting the link yet will give it a go thanks for the help Bill..

This can happen for numerous reasons. It normally happens when 'synching' two devices. It's probably your PC that's blocking the iPad access rather than your credentials not being recognised by the iPad.


Depending which browser is on your PC, go to that and see if you can see any setting for syching devices. In Firefox, go to settings and at left hand side, there should be a synch symbol. Disable this and clear your cookies on the PC. Reboot the PC but dont login to Mayhem.On your iPad, delete your cookies and browsing history, reboot and see if you can login to Mayhem.

Is it just Mayhem? Is your iPad connecting to the internet?


Do you log in manually or is the password saved? If the password is not saved, and you type detail in manually, have you got Caps Lock on?


One last thing, there is a glitch and I was locked out last month, Martin sorted it for me. I will ping Martin for you.

Hi boatonic not up on the internet much most of your post lost me sorry..                                                                                                                 Hi tigertiger its just mayhem i pads connected   password saved for mayhem   don t think you can leave caps lock on an i pad this has happened before 1st time it said user name  dont exist so i tried to register again using that name it said no its in use ???? thats when i added the 1 at the end.  thanks for your help Bill...
