Great show, but I remember gripping all day as the lighting was very orange sodium light, which made photography almost impossible,
.... well that's my excuse anyway! .... Orange Sodium, what a stupid choice!

Post by: Subculture on December 27, 2021, 08:53:46 pm: Many if not most suppliers (today), were often simply re-stockists, often supplying goods from China on a mark-up.

The Chinese have learnt how to supply direct, cutting out the middle man. The suppliers that have survived and prospered are the ones that can offer a product that is original, what customers want and that is also manufactured on home soil.

Post by: roycv on December 28, 2021, 10:21:01 am: The photos of the Greek Bireme takes me back. Our club member the late Clive Reynolds (we have another member same name) who made them died a few years ago now. By day he designed high speed torpedos for the Admiralty.

He had an even bigger Trireme with all the oars working as well.
