My scratch built Tug based on the Anteo hull plans is coming on real fine.I'm trying to buy as little accessories as poss by trying to make them myself.One thing I'd like to scratch build is a couple of ships boatsAny one got any plans for ships boats ...please

what kind of ships, from what period. Look at many ships and fall in love with one. Then get the plan and build. Is the better way.

OK i have no plan but i did one. it's simply a lump of plaster hand shaped. planked with veneer

Hi there, I have made many a lifeboat for model tugs and various other models - using the simple method of tracing onto very thin plywood - the outline shape of the lifeboat & the plan view and gluing balsa blocks & sanding & shaping them to the correct shape. The only images I have of this method is on a build which I did years ago - HMS Daring. This shows how I made the boats for her. Like I say I have used the same method for the Cervia Tug lifeboats and also the Frederick Spashett build. Here are the links to these:
