So stripped this out of something some time ago %% , Not sure yet what it is as not tested, but I am guessing it is Dual speed controller, the wires near the large holes appear to be servo type wires, at the other end the centre two wires says battery in and then out 1 and out 2 on either side, hence my reasoning that it is a homebuilt dual speed controller.
Any thoughts ?.
Anyone recognise it from a Model Boats / Marine Modelling electronics build ?.

Looking at the components it does look like a duel esc. You have 2 ZN409CE servo amplifier integrated circuits so 2 input channels, then what looks like 2 sets of paired relays to allow reversing with 2 sets of power transisters mounted to the lid which will act as a heatsink.

I agree with Jim. The ZN409CE was at the heart of many homebrew and some commercial speed controllers. I do not think that it is still produced but the circuit should be fairly easy to fix if there are any issues other than a faulty chip.
