Hello folks,
I saw VIC32 was due in town this weekend so I arranged to meet up with a friend this afternoon and we went up to go see her in Muirtown basisin.
Unfortunately I got mixed up and thought she was on an "open day" -I was looking at the 2023 calendar! We managed to catch the Chief Engineer who chatted to us for some time on the jetty. They had to cancel this years open day due to covid restrictions unfortunately but I managed to take a few dozen photos for anyone interested. Unfortunately there wasn't much room to step back so the photos are all a bit close quarters! Hopefully these show up quite large so you can see some of the details.
Thanks again to the Chief Engineer for a few mins. chatting between domestic chores and allowing us to take a few pics.

Also in the basin walking back worth a mention in case anyone is interested...
I thought I'd remembered the name of the white cruiser but apparently not. She's been there a while. First time I saw here I thought she was one of the berwick Boats, but she's not.

Hi, Sorry you felt you needed to do that Martin. I didn't realise it was so wrong to include those other pics in the same thread (what was wrong with them so I know not to do the same again)????? I did ask for the thread to be moved to Steam R&D and for it to be made a sticky but neither happened -just a couple of boats cobbled on the end seemed to have resulted in a strange re-naming part-way through the thread?.Rich

Whatever this thread is titled, and even before seeing the Scotia W's name and how similar to mine it is, :} I like the looks of that boat.
On Vic 32, even though heights and I don't often play well together, I'd really want to climb the ratlines just to have accomplished that.
