Title: log in password

I am logged in on home page BUT when I try to add images to a new post, asked for username or email and password, this is quite normal and they have always been there, but the latest window 11 update seems to have removed most of saved passwords.  As I have no idea what my password is as never used it since joining, I clicked on the forgotten password, it tells me my email does not exist, then using my username it tells me an email has been sent trying all day and nothing received, yes checked all the spam folders etc, so admin helllppppp
