Great Photos!

Here is one of my favourite photos from earlier this year in January - which way is the wind blowing? The second photo is of the the same two boats, but closer to shore, my first steam tug and a fellow club members Bokrum

Bonjour David,
How do you insert pictures ? I have also one quite nice to share :-))
-
Raphael it will be nice to see your photos- to insert a photo I just use the section at the bottom that says - attachments and other options- then I select the photo to use from a file on my computer - hope this helps
-
Bonjour Dave,
Let's try ... Success ! Thank you very much :-))

Hmm, I seem to have set something going! Its nice to see all the pictures of the models in all their glory. FYI Canopus is 53 inches long and about 35 pounds in weight (1/96 scale). Its an old model about 28 years old! The turrets turn and on good days fire blanks.
I converted it from electric to steam about 20 years ago and it uses a Cheddar Models Puffin (Mk 1) boiler and engine. On a typical sail I get 29 to 30 minutes sailing before I run out of water so typically bring her in at about 27 mins!
It was present at Child Beal shows in 1995/96/97/98 and probably later as well. I have the round stickers on the stand! Also at Mayhem a few years ago.
Please keep the cold pictures coming! :-)
Cheers
Geoff
