  Fair does.   In WW2 we built two for them   ORP Grom (Thunderbolt) ORP Blyskawica (Lightning)

It might that they will be completed on time without the now near constant strikes in UK industries.

Yes, the Polish part of the build probably will be on time, but then - - - -

Not quite correct. UK does not allow it warships to be built by  foreign nations.
British defence giant, Babcock has struck a £1.4bn deal to supply Poland's Navy with three frigates] based on the Royal Navy's Type31 design. The warships will be ]built in Polish] shipyards.
