Title: Duseldorf fire boat

Over the last few years I've built 3 model boats, 2 scratch built and 2 kit built. Basically forward, backwards and left, right. As I am now retiring I took the plunge and bought what I always wanted, the duseldorf fire boat by krick.
Iam looking for info on the electronics, though they may be staring me in the face.
Items # 293 on the wiring diagram I suspect are ESC's
#295 stuck with
#294 & #166 stuck with.
Are there alternatives?
Any help would be great before I start building
