Title: Wickes Filler for Model Ship Build
Post by: MvModeller on August 10, 2024, 08:58:34 pm
Hello Chaps

Im looking for some advice, I am soon going to be adding my deck to my ship, long story short, I have slight gaps between the deck and the sides of my ship, was in Wickes and found some Wood filler, thats sandable and is shrink and crack resistant, would this be ok to use?

Late reply, I know but I bought this stuff in B and Q for £4!  It is very similar in texture and use to Balsa Lite but a fraction of the cost.

I am using it on my SLEC Perkasa currently under construction and am quite pleased with the results.
