Don't think many clutches were made for glow engines.... can one from a small petrol engine be adapted? .....

I can't point to a specific clutch, for a Merco 61 but I can suggest that you look into clutches used in model helicopters ... :-))

I flew the smaller, 30 sized glow engined, helicopters back in the day but I'm fairly sure there are 50 / 60 sized helicopters with centrifugal clutches.

Cheers mark, been looking into hello clutches, still in research mode.

Saw ic/electric conversion for a garden train.....a possibility, dynastart type system..... Would like to drop on a Kawasaki 18cc petrol strimmer at reasonable cost......but ic/electric seems adaptable, electric start, and reverse option relatively easy ??????

Don't forget the toy car spares outlets, mucky glow engines used in those too.
