Thank you Martin for letting me join the forum. I collected my first Deans Marine model from Ron last week, HMS Cossack. Ron was very welcoming and showed me round his premises which I found very interesting to say the least. Even my wife said how much she enjoyed seeing everything! He highly recommended this site to me as a friendly forum where I can seek help and advice. I'm sure I will be needing quite a lot of help and advice with building HMS Cossack. This is my third model boat I'll have built, my first was a 1/24 scale RAF RTTL which I started at the age of  13 and never completed until lock down came. My secound which I purchased part built was a 1/24 scale Brave Class MTB.  Both models made of wood so building HMS Cossack with all the fine detail and in GRP/plastic will no doubt present its challenges.
Thanks
Peter
