If you would like to attend the Kingsbury Warship Day on July 2nd,
you will be made VERY WELCOME.
So far, it looks like being a good day, with already over 60 models coming,
including at least half a dozen Battleships, and three Aircraft Carriers. The
Event starts at 10 am and goes on till around 5 pm. Lot's of parking, reasonably
close to the lake. Kingsbury Water Park is situated aprox 3 miles from Junction 9
of the M42 Motorway. Leave Junct 9 and take the A4097 Kingsbury, at first roundabout,
take the first exit (left) follow road for approx 1 mile and the park entrance is on
the right. ?2.50 per car entrance fee. Follow signs to Model Boat Lake aprrox 200yds

Holmsey is bringing his type 42 and our fellow club member Neal Hughes is bringing a leander and a type 23 & hopefully Des will bring Hermes & Glamorgan.

That will be great Garry, ;D ;D ;D the more the merrier. So far it look's like there is going to be a lot of people coming.

Sorry i could not make it this weekend the CNC already booked me for manoeuvres with the fleet mother in law . Glad our type 42 was able to go.I look forward to the photos.
