8) Hi all you jolly sailors out there ;), now the dark and rainy days and nights are upon us all :'(. why not visit the new Kingsmill Model Boat Club on, www.kingsmillmodelboatclub.co.uk or even better why not bring your model boats and have a sail and a good old chit chat with us all,we are located between Sutton-in-Ashfield and Mansfield on the A38 approx 4 miles from the junction 28 of the M1 l ::). Hope to meet you very soon ! ;) happy sailing and take care now,

Excellent on-water shots, Roger777 - looks like there's a short spell at dusk where there is enough light to see the vessel while also allowing the on-board lights to have a realistic scale appearance. I did some full-scale photography at dusk many years ago (including near-arrest when targeting the Royal Yacht) is similar light - your gallery is very similar - well done! I like the low-level, on the water, perspective, too
Do you have special premises in the club to make the bread?

Hi Roger777
I seem to remember that back in the 1960s I sailed in a few Dinghy events at Kingsmill organised by the Sutton in Ashfield Sailing Club. Is the club still active on the lake and how do you manage to coexist if they are? I think that the dinghy sailors used to use virtually all the available sailing area to the maximum.
