I doubt if you will get a charger that will deal with SLA and NmiH/Nicad packs as the charging characteristics are different.

I think the Robbe Ladder charger will charge both, but not sure if it meets other requirements.

My Robbe lader will charge up to 4 batteries at once, 1 sla and 3 nicad/nimh. The only restriction is the total charge current is limited, cant remember what to at the moment, will check later.

Each of the nicad/nimh points charges at a different rate. All outputs go to trickle on completion.

Hi, No even my more expensive charger can't tell me whats in the battery  :( what it does do on the lead acid side is automatically reduce the charge rate as the battery becomes charged. The chargers available at present is vast ranging from as little as £15 for a multi-charger going up to £100's for an all singing dancing one.

See here.

The BMI chargers are very good. I have the digi peak 14 AC \ DC. Chargers a range of multiple cells. You can use it indoors and outdoors.

The new digi peak 4 in one just about does everything and you'll find it on sale for less than the £100 shown.
