Would any one know what type, and what colour paints are used on the Prinz Eugen? Mine has a few marks I want to touch up.

Hi Barry,

I have same problem, also added some some scratchbuilt stuff. Could not find an exact match in humbrol or Tamiya. Most close match (on my model anyway) is Humbrol gloss 40. Its a light grey which I added some dark grey to, applied then went over with some matt varnish. There has been no reaction and its very hard to spot the new paint sections but its a matter of getting mix just right- wish I could tell you the exact amounts to mix up but didn't keep a note  :embarrassed: bit of a nightmare I'm afraid.
