Title: oil tanker detail
Post by: oldiron on March 07, 2008, 08:38:39 pm
I've attached a couple of pictures of the bow cargo area of the Anglo American tanker "Seminole" taken in the last months of  WWII
Can some one please tell me what the two circled items are on the fore deck. I'm wondering if they're devices for slicing mine cables., although I think that is somewhat risking on a tanker.

thanks
