Took mine out for test it tonight and it sailed well, the prop seems to make a bit of noise but i can live with that.

And here's mine:

I still don't have any up-to-date photos of it on the water, but will hopefully take some soon!

All the models in this thread are very impressive - the first one (in Smit colours) is a great example of turning the basic Workboat into a realistic scale model whilst still keeping the same style + layout.

Hi Folks,

Hopefully I am adding photos of Yeovil Warships club's 'fleet' of these little tugs, and one each of my own on and off the water.

@Frank
This is a much smaller version it's only 36cm long instead of 50cm on the original seaport tug.

Work in progress

Here is my humble contribution to the Dickie thread.
My conversion is much inspired by the 'gribeauval' thread.

A Google translate of my thread on a danish forum is available at http://translate.google.dk/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=da&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=da&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.skalamodelskibe.dk%2Fforum%2Fviewthread.php%3Fthread_id%3D822%26rowstart%3D0&act=url (http://translate.google.dk/translate?js=n&prev=_t&hl=da&ie=UTF-8&layout=2&eotf=1&sl=da&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.skalamodelskibe.dk%2Fforum%2Fviewthread.php%3Fthread_id%3D822%26rowstart%3D0&act=url)

Below is my conversion depicted at her first floating trial.
