Just after watching the video, I have to ask a question which is a bit un related, Can anyone tell me, can yu use futaba plugs into an Acoms RX????
I just bought a caldercraft riverman and it has acoms gear, and i want a new electric speed control, but i am stuggling as I am new to the hobbie.
I have a monoperm motor which has 6V max 3A written on it 2 ch acoms rx / tx and a rechargeable FIAMM GS lead acid 6V 4.5Ah written on it.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

very nice video's steve O0
question for you guy's how powerful do the tugs need to be?
i ask this as a truck driver hauling 107,000 pound loads on and off road
but as a boat owner with no boat in the water yet, i have no clue as to what my
boats can do! ::)
-
that depends on what you want to tow and what conditions you want to tow in. i find with my own preference is at least 5 pounds worth of pull on a fish scale seems to be great remember you control the power you don't have to be full on all the time {-)(i never thought i would ever say that he he )

hey Great video enjoyed that a lot , did wonder were those tugs went when out of shot under that bridge by the look.
nice work by all.
