Just heard on the radio that the Irish Government has conceded defeat(unofficially at least) in their referendum on the European Constitution.
Hip,Hip Hooray, Hip,Hip Hooray, Hip,Hip Hooray
Best news I've heard in a long time.
Well done the Irish, O0 O0 O0 O0 O0 O0

At least they got a chance to say 'NO'.
As discussion of politics is frowned upon here - this post will stop now.

Will it make any difference. I see that the EU is already working on ways to get round it. As Rob said, they did at least get the chance to say yes or no. Last time we had that choice, in 1974?, I voted yes. I thought I was voting for a "Common Market" - how wrong can you be?

Whoa guys, as Rob says no politics and Youngat65's comment was most definately inappropriate. I have removed the post and locked this thread.
Let's keep politics out of model boats, or at least keep it polite.
