Bottom two boaters are very untidy, they should have their fenders inboard!

I was surprised to see how easy it could be to build a model.

Got a couple of wood boats going now, Baby Bootlegger in 1/6th and a Dumas Triple Cockpit kitbash. After these are finished I hopefully will have mastered the Hull software enough to do some basic stations for a slipper. Beautiful boats they are and every bit the equal of their Canadian Muskoka cousins.

Here we go http://www.mwilliams.dsl.pipex.com/index.htm

This gentleman has provided us with plans in the hul and other formats for free. Download the software from Carlson and print out your frames at home. Now lets see, a bit of stretch here, some tweaks there......

Hi All

Nice boats !!!

In 2020 I build a 1920 Gentleman's Runabout from plans which I resized up.

The only up grade later was small chine/spray rails which had not been invented at the time.

The motor and ESC are under the dash with the shaft oiler as a T shifter.

I increased battery hatch by matching it into the deck planks.

A 35mm 1100Kv on 3S Lipo battery with a 3 blade 37mm CNC prop.

On it's first run, it  was spot on, no changes at all !!!

Thanks for the link Martin, somehow I missed that first time around.

Have you built yours yet?
